本论坛所组织的活动均为自发组织的。组织者和参与者，各自对自己的民事行为负责，并依法享受和承担相应的民事权利和义务。组织者被视作普通的参与者，不享受额外权益，亦不承担额外法律义务。所有参与者，均不对因其他参与人员的过错造成的法律后果承担任何法律责任，无论是明示的还是暗示的。

请所有参加者仔细阅读以下条款
1、报名参加者视同默认上述活动规则，活动中如有意外活动召集人不承担任何责任
2、必须服从组织者的指挥，发扬团队协作精神。
3、活动中注意安全环保，不要做无谓的任何冒险举动，请勿丢弃不能自然降解的垃圾、尽量不破坏植被、严禁猎杀野生动物
4、强烈建议户外活动出行前自行购买意外保险，出发前请把领队的电话号码留给家人，以备紧急时联络。
5、不排除因天气变化、道路损坏而放弃或改变行程的可能，如因不可抗力因素取消活动，将及时通告。

免责条款
1、凡是报名参加者均视为具有完全民事行为能力的人，如在活动中发生人身损害后果，任何人不承担任何赔偿责任
2、由受损害人依据法律规定和本活动声明依法解决，凡报名者均视为接受本活动声明。
3、代他人报名者，被代报名参加者如遭受人身损害，领队同样不承担任何赔偿责任。

如果有人保留或持反对意见，请不要报名参加活动！！！

Please be aware all the events organized by me or auoutdoors.com are non-profitable, and people involves in this event are voluntary, we don’t bear any responsibility and/or legal liability either explicitly or implicitly.   

Please read following points carefully.
1.  Participant must accept this agreement and understand that during the event, we don’t bear any responsibility and/or legal liability.

2. We advice the participant purchase his/her travel insurance and prior to the departure, please leave the emergency contact number with your family member(s).

3. Obey the rules and be aware of safety issue during the event.  Littering, damaging natural fauna/vegetation is restrictly prohibited.  

4. In case of alteration or cancellation of the event, announcement will be published on www.auoutdoors.com

5. All the participants must accept this agreement otherwise he/she will not be allowed join any event organized by us.

6. No one is allowed to accept this agreement on behalf of anyone else.
